For over 10 years we have sat on a dream and a vision of starting a coffee shop!!! Australian coffee culture is ingrained in me, I can't help it, it's what I grew up with! The quality and taste of smooth coffee without the need for flavors and sugar added to enhance/improve the taste! But more than just coffee- it's the community, the relationships and the experience coffee can bring! And so we set out and aim to bring that here to the Texas Hill Country - Coffee and community inspired by the Australian Coffee culture!

The Henry Coffee - Named after my Great Grandpa. He would always call me his best friend and he was mine! He was a hard worker, inspired me and instilled in me a strong work ethic! I was always taught if you work hard and apply your mind to what you do, you can achieve anything. I'll go a step further and add in that if you keep Jesus at the center of it all then anything really is possible!

And so, here we are at the beginning! We have big dreams and plans and we can’t wait to see it unfold. Welcome to the Journey of The Henry Coffee, we are so glad you’re here!
